As the Visual Arts Director at Santa Fe's oldest artist-run contemporary art space, Erin conceptualized and implemented a year-round, multidisciplinary visual and performing arts program. She curated 50 exhibitions that utilized the CCA's gallery spaces as launch pads for interaction and dialog. Working with emerging and established artists from near and far, the visual arts program aimed to generate new work specifically tailored for one of the three gallery spaces inside CCA's 12000 sq ft warehouse facility. In effect, the program supported artists in site-specific inquiry and experimental expression with the support of a dedicated and skillful team.  Under her leadership, CCA launched an interdisciplinary public events program that incorporated dance, performance, reading, writing and dialog, often matched with CCA's renowned film program. During her tenure, Erin strategized and enacted long-term vision for CCA’s visual arts program; managed staff and budget, fundraised, oversaw a major renovation of the galleries and departmental offices, and cultivated partnerships throughout the region. She launched the organization's first regional juried exhibition, designed a forthcoming temporary outdoor sculpture program, raised the profile of the organization  and secured funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, and many others.
